Description
Valence is hiring a full-time Application Security Engineer to secure its enterprise AI coaching platform and products. The role partners with engineering, DevOps, MDM, and customer-facing teams to review code and architecture, guide secure feature design, perform manual pentesting, build security tooling, advise on infrastructure security, and support compliance and client security needs. Candidates should have application security expertise, AI and adversarial testing knowledge, AWS familiarity, Python and TypeScript coding ability, incident response experience, and knowledge of SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST. The position is hybrid, requires availability during Eastern Time working hours, and offers base salary plus bonuses, health coverage, equity, and other benefits.
