Description
Vannevar is hiring an Application Security Engineer to build security into its SaaS platform by deploying SAST, SCA, secrets scanning, DAST, and container/IaC checks in CI/CD; embedding threat modeling and secure-code practices with development teams; coordinating application and infrastructure security; and supporting incident response. The role requires at least five years of application or product security experience, hands-on web-application security and automation, DevSecOps, container security, GitHub Actions, Python, and TypeScript/JavaScript. It is 100% remote within the United States and offers health, dental, and vision insurance, a $160,000–$210,000 base salary plus equity and a 401(k) match, and other benefits.
