Description
The Application Security Engineer conducts security reviews of application designs, source code, and third-party libraries; performs automated and manual vulnerability assessments; collaborates with development teams on secure architectures and controls; maintains security tools and processes; develops security automation; and supports audits and security awareness training. The role requires experience in mobile and desktop application security assessment, secure coding, manual code auditing, low-level programming, networking, reverse engineering, memory-corruption vulnerabilities, and authentication protocols, with work-from-anywhere benefits.
