Description
Papaya Global is hiring an Application Security / Security Architect to embed security across the application lifecycle. The role partners with R&D, DevOps/Cloud, product, and cybersecurity teams to improve application, API, repository, data-store, and cloud-service security through architecture, threat modeling, secure software development, vulnerability validation, and engineering remediation. Responsibilities include owning the application-security program, conducting security reviews and risk assessments, defining security requirements and patterns, managing penetration testing and bug-bounty programs, and driving preventive improvements. The role requires at least four years of hands-on experience in application security, product security, security architecture, or a closely related field, along with experience across cloud-native, API, microservice, authentication, authorization, secrets management, vulnerability management, and security testing environments.
