monday.com is hiring an Application Security Team Lead to lead a team of security engineers and own the global application security program. The role covers application security across the software development lifecycle, CI/CD security, application runtime security, AI-related security risks, threat modeling, vulnerability management, bug bounty and penetration testing, compliance, and secure-by-design culture. The lead will also mentor and scale the AppSec engineering team and advise product and engineering leadership. Requirements include 8+ years of application security experience, at least 4 years managing AppSec teams in cloud or SaaS environments, cloud-native application security expertise, knowledge of modern programming languages and Kubernetes or Docker, and experience implementing AppSec tools in DevOps pipelines.
