Description
ABB is hiring an Electrical Engineer for its Robotics business to design and develop software for new projects, including motion-control card programming, PC software, SCADA, MES, and machine vision. The role also involves customer technical consulting, solution development, technical documentation, and commissioning, production support, and maintenance at customer sites. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, automation, or control; familiarity with Visual Studio; proficiency in motion-control card programming and at least one programming language such as C#, C++, or Python; and familiarity with WinForms or WPF. Three years or more of 3C industry experience is preferred.
