Description
SpaceX is hiring an Applied AI Application Software Engineer to design, evaluate, deploy, monitor, and iterate production AI systems, including large language models and agentic workflows, across launch vehicle production, flight, and Starlink operations. The role owns the full lifecycle of AI capabilities, builds reliable production architectures, develops evaluation and observability systems, and partners with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams. Candidates need a relevant bachelor's degree or two years of professional software experience, at least one year of full-stack development experience, and strong software engineering and AI product delivery skills. The role is onsite and requires ITAR eligibility.
