SpaceX is hiring an Application Software Engineer to develop reliable, mission-critical software for launch vehicle production, Starship manufacturing, Starlink operations, and other company systems. The role owns software engineering and product development, builds prototypes, collaborates on architecture and code reviews, and solves user problems. Candidates need a relevant bachelor's degree or two years of professional software experience, full-stack development experience, and willingness to work extended hours and weekends; Air Force background-check eligibility for Cape Canaveral and ITAR authorization requirements also apply.
