Description
The Application Specialist will leverage their healthcare, business, and InterSystems product knowledge to successfully contract and implement InterSystems products. This role involves acting as a subject matter expert for the PAS/Renewal Cycle Management module of the TrakCare Product, advising customers on optimal implementations, maximizing benefits, and minimizing customizations. Key responsibilities include discovery, launch, setup, adoption, and sustain phases, requiring extensive interaction with customers, participation in training, and troubleshooting issues.
