ChampionX, now part of SLB following the July 16, 2025 acquisition, is hiring an Application Specialist based in Brunei to support oilfield chemical applications. The role conducts laboratory and field testing of hydrocarbon, non-hydrocarbon gas, and water streams; provides technical support for site applications, product trials, and pump maintenance; performs monitoring, sampling, analysis, reporting, chemical inventory management, chemical injection adjustments, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of chemical injection pumps. Candidates need at least three years of directly related experience, knowledge of chemical applications, product lines, chemical compositions, storage tanks and injection pumps, mathematics, safety and quality standards, and effective communication and organization skills.
