Interactive Brokers Group is hiring an Application Support Agent for its New Accounts Team in Budapest. The client-facing role supports institutional and retail clients through account opening, validates documentation under European regulations, performs AML and KYC checks, troubleshoots account setup and verification issues, and coordinates with sales and internal teams. The position requires a commercial apprenticeship or equivalent, English fluency, advanced Russian language skills, strong communication, PC and internet tool proficiency, and the ability to work independently.
