The role supports new and legacy applications, resolves escalated incidents, collaborates with development teams, promotes client configurations to production, sets up reporting, documents systems, and provides training. It requires a bachelor’s or professional degree in a relevant field, 1–2 years of related experience, object-oriented and database development experience, SQL familiarity, and independent problem-solving ability. The position is hybrid, with monthly reporting to the Louisville office and night and weekend rotation.
