Holmes Murphy & Associates is hiring an Application Support Analyst II to support Brokerage Services applications and technology solutions in West Des Moines, Iowa. The role administers, configures, troubleshoots, monitors, and optimizes business applications; partners with business users, delivery teams, vendors, and IT operations; supports upgrades and testing; maintains documentation; and identifies process and system improvements. The position requires at least three years of combined experience in desktop, application, data, or business analysis support, with insurance, healthcare, or financial services experience preferred.
