Description

Jack Henry is seeking an Application Support Analyst to join their Credit Union Core Implementation team. The successful candidate will partner directly with credit union leaders to configure, train, and launch new core systems, guiding them through a conversion journey. Responsibilities include setting up system environments, delivering training, testing functionality, and ensuring a smooth transition to Symitar. This project-based role involves independent work while collaborating with a team, focusing on onboarding new credit unions and configuring key modules.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: At least 4 years of credit union experience in back-office operations.
Proven experience managing project-based work, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications: Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field.
Hands-on experience with Episys, including front-office and/or back-office functionality.
Familiarity with Jack Henry products or comparable competitor systems, along with a strong understanding of core application functions.
Ability to analyze and translate customer data and business processes into accurate configurations within the Jack Henry system.
Experience training customers on software, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and adapt to different learning styles.
