Edenred Mobility France is hiring an Application Support Analyst in Montrouge on a permanent contract to oversee and optimize application-related RUN activities. The role handles incidents, problems, changes, monitoring, root-cause analysis, automation, stakeholder communication, and IT governance across the Mobility France IT ecosystem. Candidates need a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a similar field, at least three years of IT operations and user-support experience, and strong knowledge of incident/problem/change management, monitoring tools, system debugging, and ITSM tools such as Jira. The position offers remote work two days per week after three months of service.
