Description
MRI Software is hiring an Application Support Analyst (SQL-focused) in Cape Town to resolve complex database and application issues, develop and optimise SQL and PL/SQL, perform root-cause analysis, support clients, and contribute to UAT and documentation. The role requires 3–6+ years of enterprise application or technical support experience, strong SQL and Oracle PL/SQL skills, query performance tuning knowledge, and the ability to communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders. It follows UK hours and public holidays, is based in the Cape Town office, and uses a hybrid model with three days working from home per week.
