Citi is hiring a full-time Application Support Intermediate Analyst to provide technical and business application support for critical financial services applications. The role coordinates with end users, technology teams, and vendors; participates in application release and post-release validation; analyzes risks and security gaps; collaborates with development on bug fixes and support tooling; owns support improvement initiatives; maintains technical documentation; and participates in disaster recovery testing. Candidates need 5–8 years of application support or related technical experience, middleware or containerized environment experience, cloud and monitoring knowledge, SRE principles, issue-management experience, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
