BGC Partners is hiring an Application Support Engineer for its Seoul office to support Korean REPO and Bond trading platforms as part of the APAC eOps team. The role serves as the primary liaison with the application vendor, manages L2 escalations and support tickets, handles incidents through ITIL-based processes, monitors platform coverage, and escalates operational risks. Candidates need a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, at least five years of application support experience, vendor-management and ITIL experience, and fluency in Korean and English.
