Description
Bain Capital is hiring an Associate, Application Support Engineer for its Application Support Technology team. The role focuses on supporting Salesforce and other enterprise platforms, including Workday, Tableau, Investran, and Internet Banking applications, by monitoring production systems, troubleshooting incidents, managing access and platform administration, supporting releases and environment maintenance, and improving monitoring, automation, and support processes. The position requires 2–5 years of application or production support experience, hands-on Salesforce experience, ITIL knowledge, and strong analytical and communication skills. The expected annual base salary is $90,000–$110,000, with possible discretionary annual bonus eligibility.
