Devsu is hiring a full-time Application Support Engineer to provide L2/L3 production support for cloud-native media applications on Google Cloud Platform and Kubernetes. The role covers incident response, root cause analysis, troubleshooting, on-call rotations, and support for live streaming, video transcoding, VOD, and media asset management platforms. Applications are built in Go and deployed with GKE, Cloud Run, and GCP Workflows. The position is remote-friendly, includes weekend on-call coverage, and offers private health insurance, training, PTO, and a stable long-term contract.
