Inetum is hiring an Application Support Engineer to maintain the stability, availability, and performance of production business applications. The role involves monitoring and incident management, coordinating resolution with development, infrastructure, and external teams, executing deployments and change activities, supporting observability, maintaining documentation, and participating in on-call support. The position requires experience with Java, Red Hat JBoss EAP, OpenShift, Kubernetes, API gateways, Linux, monitoring tools, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, databases, and Portuguese and English proficiency.
