Fyld is hiring an Application Support Engineer to maintain the reliability, stability, and availability of business-critical applications in production environments. The role focuses on incident management, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, application and database monitoring, SQL and relational database support, REST API and integration issues, software releases, deployments, and collaboration with development teams. The position requires a relevant degree, at least three years of professional experience, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and fluency in English; scripting, cloud platforms, CI/CD, observability tools, and ITIL experience are preferred.
