The role resolves customer issues related to application development, deployment, and integration; troubleshoots platform, runtime, and software problems; coordinates with R&D, Product Management, and Customer Success; and manages customer expectations and incident priorities. Candidates should have a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, knowledge of programming, APIs, databases, and cloud technologies, and the ability to work from the Boston office a few times per year. The position offers a salary of $110,000 to $130,000 plus incentive compensation and health and wellness benefits.
