Crypto.com is hiring an Application Support Engineer to support Nadex, a regulated derivatives trading exchange. The role provides partner support, production and demo environment administration, daily trading operations, incident and problem management, performance tuning, release support, documentation, and operational automation. Candidates need 2–5 years of experience supporting production software or trading environments, SQL and relational database experience, API and integration troubleshooting skills, and strong communication abilities.
