TMF Group is hiring a full-time, permanent Application Support Engineer in Bogota, Colombia. The role provides L2/L3 support for business-critical applications hosted on AWS, including incident and change management, root-cause analysis, SQL troubleshooting, performance tuning, Linux and Kubernetes support, deployments, and stakeholder collaboration. The position requires 4–6 years of application or production support experience, strong AWS and SQL skills, ITIL knowledge, and advanced English and intermediate-to-advanced Portuguese.
