Description
The Exchange Production Support role maintains the firm’s 24x7 cryptocurrency trading production environment, providing L2/L3 support to business users and owning production issues, releases, audits, business continuity exercises, monitoring, automation, and process improvement. The role requires at least two years of production support experience, FIX and API support, Linux/Java systems knowledge, cloud and DevOps exposure, incident-handling and troubleshooting skills, and familiarity with trading systems such as OMS/EMS.
