Description
Inetum is hiring an Application Support Engineer to maintain and support a portfolio of simulation tools, including Ansys, Aspen Engineering Suite, StarCCM, JMP, Minitab, Arena, and @Risk. The role covers end-user functional support, software installation, deployment, upgrades, incident and escalation management, license monitoring, vendor collaboration, and application governance. Candidates need 3 to 7 years of experience in application support or similar technical roles, experience with technical or scientific applications, knowledge of Windows environments and software licensing, strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, and fluent technical English.
