The intern will assist in providing first-level support for critical retail applications like POS, ERP, inventory, fintech, and e-commerce platforms. Responsibilities include investigating and troubleshooting issues, collaborating with IT and business users, supporting application updates, documenting solutions, monitoring data flows, assisting with system health checks, and contributing to training materials.
