Description
The role provides application and production support for Wealth Management business systems, with emphasis on extended-hours trading support and cross-time-zone coverage. Responsibilities include monitoring system health, triaging and resolving production incidents, handling service requests, coordinating with development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and vendor teams, supporting releases, and improving operational processes. The position is based in Australia and requires a bachelor’s degree or above, at least three years of relevant application or production support experience, familiarity with Linux, SQL, log analysis, and basic scripting, plus fluency in English and Mandarin.
