Price Industries Limited is hiring an Application Support Specialist to support and continuously improve its web-based Sales Portal and other applications at its Winnipeg manufacturing facility. The role includes data maintenance, user account administration, monitoring, incident management, request fulfillment, root cause analysis, security compliance, functional testing, documentation, ticket triage, and collaboration with developers, analysts, Product Leads, and Customer Success teams. Candidates should have 3–5 years of application support experience, post-secondary education in Computer Science, Information Systems, or an equivalent field, and knowledge of SaaS platforms, troubleshooting, programming languages, relational databases, SharePoint, Progress, SQL, and Microsoft Office.
