The role administers, configures, operates, and develops standard software applications; manages accounts and rights; owns application monitoring and incident resolution; coordinates with external service providers; documents processes in Confluence and BMC Helix; and supports users. The profile requires initial IT experience, SQL knowledge, strong communication and teamwork skills, German language proficiency, and openness to finance and invoicing processes.
