The role provides first-line application support, analyzes and resolves issues, coordinates with external service providers and internal product management, creates test cases and acceptance tests, trains colleagues, and documents user instructions and troubleshooting solutions. The position requires business or IT training, strong German communication, MS Office proficiency, and an affinity for logistics applications; experience with IT service management tools and structured application testing is advantageous.
