The role coordinates specialist departments, IT, the TRAVIC manufacturer, and other partners; defines and maintains business requirements for the TRAVIC Link secure data-exchange platform; manages change requests, releases, updates, and migrations; monitors test and production environments; supports incidents; translates technical and regulatory requirements into practical solutions; and maintains operational, architecture, and security documentation. The position requires application support, IT service management, or comparable experience, strong German and English communication skills, and the ability to work independently and reliably.
