The employer is seeking an Application Support Specialist – Process Flow for permanent employment in western Berlin. The role serves as the first point of contact for customers regarding process-related questions, independently handles subject-matter requests, analyzes issues and develops solutions, supports application optimization, and coordinates tests of new functionalities. Candidates should have professional experience supporting IT applications, excellent communication skills, and very good written and spoken German; IT training or a degree is an advantage, while customer and external service-provider experience is a plus. The salary is up to €45,000 per year.
