Computershare Business Support Services is hiring an Application Support Team Lead in Hyderabad, India, on a hybrid basis requiring three days per week in the office. The role leads application support analysts, manages incident triage and resolution, coordinates with service desk, infrastructure, development, and business stakeholders, supports production service delivery, and improves support processes using ITIL and IT governance practices. Candidates need at least three years of support analyst experience in a complex environment, experience supporting integrated products, leadership or mentoring experience, strong communication and analytical skills, and knowledge of ITIL and service desk tools.
