Unimax is hiring two permanent Application Support Technicians in Boucherville or Quebec City. Reporting to the Director of Infrastructure and Cybersecurity, the role provides level-2 and partial level-3 support for Microsoft Dynamics 365, Manhattan WMS/TMS, Salesforce, web platforms, and Zebra and Honeywell mobile devices. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, access management, configuration, business-need analysis, functional specification translation, testing, documentation, EDI mappings, system monitoring, and production support. The position requires a DEP in IT support or equivalent training, 5 to 8 years of application-support or cloud-ERP experience, EDI knowledge, bilingual French-English ability, and availability for occasional overtime and a 24/7 on-call rotation.
