Description
Pragmatike is recruiting an Application Support Technician for a six-month full-time contract with potential extension, based in Brindisi, Italy or Valencia, Spain, on a hybrid arrangement. The role supports business-critical applications and enterprise tools through Tier-2 maintenance, troubleshooting, database administration, application releases, Windows and Linux support, user assistance, documentation, and a rotating on-call schedule. Candidates need at least three years of application maintenance, application support, or general IT support experience, hands-on client/server application experience, database and Windows/Linux knowledge, strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, and fluent English; a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
