Citi is hiring a Technical Senior Applications Support Engineer for its Asset Servicing/Inventory Management PS team, based in Pune. The role provides L2 technical support for global asset servicing platforms, owns incident and problem management, leads root-cause analysis, collaborates with operations, business analysts, developers, and infrastructure teams, and contributes to automation, deployments, disaster recovery, monitoring, and operational improvements. The position requires 10+ years of experience, investment banking and asset servicing knowledge, SQL, middleware and messaging, scripting, observability, and ITIL familiarity, with a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree preferred.
