The Application Technical Lead will provide technical leadership and operational oversight for a portfolio of applications in a public administration in Metz. The role coordinates technical interventions, vendor releases, production deployments, change requests, incidents, migrations, recoveries, testing, security, access rights, and documentation while monitoring application health and ensuring technical consistency.
