Description
The Epic Enterprise Implementation Manager leads on-site governance and execution for a large-scale hospital or health system Epic deployment. Responsibilities include maintaining the master implementation plan, managing the deployment budget, validating clinical and operational workflows, leading change management and training, coordinating Epic technical teams, overseeing data migration and interoperability, and managing integrated testing, dress rehearsals, cutover logistics, and Hypercare. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, at least seven years of IT project management experience, and one completed ground-up Epic deployment; it offers a salary of $110,000–$115,000 and a Monday–Friday 9 a.m.–5 p.m. shift.
