Fenwick is hiring an Applications Developer for its Solutions & Automation team to build and enhance internal web applications, business tools, APIs, integrations, and AI-enabled automation solutions. The role involves SQL and reporting work, Azure cloud projects, troubleshooting, documentation, stakeholder communication, and process improvement. It is intended for an early-career developer with a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least three years of related hands-on experience in a professional services environment; exposure to cloud platforms and AI or automation tools is a plus. The anticipated base salary is $115,000 to $172,750, with a discretionary bonus for eligible employees.
