The role supports an enterprise IT support model focused on talent, learning, training compliance, foreign language development, retention, job advertisements, selection, and performance. It requires U.S. citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance with Full Scope Polygraph, along with extensive ServiceNow application development, web application and interface analysis, database and API integration, reporting, version control, tiered IT support, and IT documentation experience. Optional experience includes learning and compliance applications, cloud technologies, networking, HTML5, CSS, XML, JavaScript, and Tableau.
