Description

ARSIEM Corporation is hiring an Applications Developer to support a United States Government client in Arlington, Virginia. The role involves designing, developing, debugging, integrating, testing, and maintaining software applications; troubleshooting production issues; evaluating software packages and tools; and improving documentation and development processes. The position requires a relevant degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of applications development experience, Python, RESTful architecture, data transformation, containerization with Kubernetes and Docker, customer-facing project experience, and an active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance and DHS Suitability.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Computer Systems Engineering, or a related field; alternatively, a high school diploma with at least seven years of directly relevant experience.
Required Previous Experiences: At least five years of directly relevant applications development experience.
Experience assessing and integrating commercial off-the-shelf products.
Operational experience with Python.
Experience developing with containerization software, including Kubernetes.
Ability to obtain DHS Suitability.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with at least two of the listed technologies, including Python, JSON, MongoDB, Elastic Search, Postgres, Ansible, Vue.js, React, HTML, Kubernetes, Docker, Podman, AWS, View Jazz Framework, Process Automation, UI Development, or CI/CD.
