Solstice Advanced Materials is looking for a Senior Manager to lead their Applications Development team, focusing on Thermal and Assembly Solutions (TAS) within their Electronic Materials Business. This role involves driving new product development, conducting internal evaluations, qualifying products for customers, and acting as a primary technical liaison to semiconductor packaging and display industry clients. The manager will also lead R&D projects, collaborate with internal product development teams, and influence technology roadmaps. They will manage a team of scientists and engineers to implement new products and technologies at customer sites, operate a Center of Excellence, troubleshoot complex problems, analyze root causes, and propose process/product improvements.
