Compeer Financial is hiring an Applications Development Manager to plan, develop, test, implement, and support software programs and applications within its business systems. The role leads applications initiatives, coordinates technical projects, resolves defects and interoperability issues, maintains documentation, and provides training and leadership to business and technical teams. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least seven years of related application-development experience, and advanced knowledge of Microsoft .Net, JavaScript, C#, and MS SQL. The position offers a hybrid arrangement of up to 50% remote work and is based in one of five office locations, with a base pay range of $94,400 to $142,900 USD.
