Citi is hiring a full-time Team Lead for its Unified Trade Process System within the Markets business. The role reports to the Development Project Manager and focuses on developing reusable components and high-performance, low-latency applications; driving architecture and technical strategy; coordinating with technology and business teams; supporting third-line trading support; and mentoring and leading technical teams. The position requires 8+ years of hands-on experience, strong Java and application-development expertise, knowledge of messaging, failover, recovery, performance tuning, and CI/CD, along with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
