Description
The Applications Development Sr Programmer Analyst leads mid-size application design and development projects, serves as a development lead, and contributes subject-matter expertise to larger efforts. The role requires autonomous technical decision-making, application performance and defect troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, full software-development-lifecycle participation, vendor collaboration, risk and issue management, and process improvement. It also involves coaching new recruits, influencing strategic decisions, and maintaining compliance and ethical standards. The position requires eight years of product development or product management experience, agile delivery experience, infrastructure-program leadership experience, third-party provider experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
