Citi is hiring a Senior Applications Development Engineer at the Assistant Vice President level to lead hands-on front-to-back development for its token services and digital assets business. The role covers the full software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, implementation, testing, deployment, user and operational support, security, feasibility, and cross-functional project delivery. It requires strong experience with Angular, SpringBoot, Kafka, Oracle, systems analysis, and AI tools and prompt-based engineering, along with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
