Description
The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst is a senior-level technology role responsible for leading applications systems analysis and programming activities, coordinating with management and technology teams, defining system enhancements, evaluating complex business and system processes, and ensuring application design follows the architecture blueprint. The role also advises and coaches mid-level developers and analysts, manages project risks, and supports compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Recommended qualifications include at least six years of relevant applications development or systems analysis experience, full SDLC experience, Java and Python or related technologies, big data or Spark exposure, RDBMS/Oracle experience, and leadership and project management skills. The position is full time and offers a salary range of $120,800 to $170,800.
