Collier Aerospace is hiring a Customer Operations Engineer to serve as the liaison between customers and its Engineering Services and Software Development teams. The role involves understanding customer use cases and technical requirements, providing HyperX training and documentation, troubleshooting customer issues, supporting sales demonstrations, proposing software interface and workflow improvements, and documenting customer needs for internal teams. The position requires a bachelor's degree in aerospace, mechanical, or a related engineering field, at least two years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and U.S. citizenship.
